The Healing Movement Project aims to create a safe and supportive community for you to honor your healthy body, mind and spirit, by exploring physical movement like; yoga, tai chi, rhythmic dance, and mind and spirit awareness practices like; meditation, mantra, imagery, breathing, poetry, and general holistic health concepts like; better sleep, stress reduction, food choices and positive socialization. 

These activities and the community we build during our time together, supports your ability to create deeper awareness around your personal health and wholeness, helping you become more confident to live out what is important to you in your vital life.

What to expect…

Each supported 75 minute class consists of:

~ Opening Healing Circle (invitation for respectful discussion)

~ Movement component (yoga/tai chi/ rhythmic dance etc.)

~ Learning Circle: This may include: awareness/meditation practice, or holistic health education topic (these will include lifestyle strategies to enhance health- topics like; better sleep, eating for nourishment, reducing stress, environment impact on personal health, building resiliency).

~ Closing Healing Circle (invitation for respectful reflection on learning)

Nicole Vienneau MSN, RN, NC-BC

Nicole is a Camano Island, WA resident and has been a registered nurse for 20+ years. She is a board-certified integrative nurse coach, personal trainer, group fitness and yoga instructor, faculty with the International Nurse Coach Association and founder of Blue Monarch Health, PLLC. She specializes in preventing brain and heart disease by partnering with clients to uncover their wisdom and enhance their health. Nicole is passionate about everything she does, and especially loves creating safe, restorative communities. She loves exploring nature, finding solace with her cats and traveling with her awesome husband.
