Getting Better at Feeling and Noticing Mindfulness Practice

As humans we are called in many different directions. Family, work, volunteering, charity, and school commitments can drain us of energy and time, so much so, that we can become numb to feeling anything.

Numb to emotion, numb to the way our body feels, numb to another’s feelings, numb to listening to what we need from our hearts.

This numbness disconnects us to our true authenticity and ability to care for ourselves with loving kindness.

Reconnecting you

This recorded mindfulness practice is aimed at reconnecting you to your breath, and to the sensations within your body. It is time to reconnect to you.

Remember, it is a practice and takes practice to be mindful and aware, so be gentle on yourself.

Set yourself up in a comfortable position, seated, laying, standing, and press play, it’s under 10 minutes long, you have the time.

You are loved,

Nicole
