75% of mid-life women are experiencing night sweats and hot flashes, so I want to share tips to help yourself with night sweats in today’s blog.
Saying No.
Have you ever crafted crazy stories just so you could get away from saying No? Have you dropped into people-pleasing mode and didn’t realize it? It always feels best to tell the truth and be honest, so saying No should be easy, and yet it isn’t.

And I notice when I do pause, stop, or recognize I am moving at the speed of light, that a world of wonder opens, and I remember to take a breath and see the wondrous things I am blessed with.
