Menopause is NOT taboo!
It doesn’t make any sense that the menopause and mid-life transition is taboo.
Women of all ages go through menopause, so we normalize and embrace ALL of it!
Menopause is a beautiful sign that you are transitioning into a different stage of your magnificent life and it’s also a time of vulnerability as you live through it.
It does make sense to gather and talk, learn, support and explore this transition together.
The Menopause Movement Mission (MMM) is a supportive CommUNITY of women who are living through perimenopause, menopause and post menopause and want to do it well.
We celebrate our changing bodies with joy, love, compassion and bad ass-ness!
We focus on safe and proper resistance training, at the correct intensity and time, so we see the benefits of our hard work.
We connect with each other for support, inspiration, education and love.
We explore how we can take action with daily habits to overcome and minimize things like, hot flashes, night sweats, belly fat, anxiety, depression, and mood swings. We even learn about how our hormones are shifting and how movement and lifestyle supports this shift.
Menopause Movement Mission is for You if:
You are a brilliant woman in peri-menopause, menopause, or post menopause
You’re confused with the overwhelming and conflicting information about exercising as a mid-life woman
