Menopause is a tricky time, and yet, with a guide who ‘gets it’, it can be easier and less tricky! If you’re dealing with persistent fatigue, weight gain, emotional ups and downs, hot flashes or other pesky sensations and want to feel better, this package offers you personalized guidance over a longer period.

Session 1: Unpacking Your health questionnaire
We’ll connect on a deep level about your health questionnaire. This isn’t about what you’re doing wrong- it’s all about what you’re doing right and how to enhance your strengths and build confidence for the partnership ahead.Session 2: Understanding Menopause & Your Unique Experience
We’ll explore some of the science behind menopause, what you’re experiencing physically, and emotionally. We’ll then create a personalized roadmap of your health goals and challenges.Session 3: Time Management for Self-Care & Health
A deep dive into how to organize your day and prioritize your wellness during this transitional time. This session focuses on aligning your daily habits with your long-term health goals, including exercise, meal planning, and emotional well-being.Session 4: Overcoming Fatigue & Boosting Energy

While the above process is categorized into 7 specific sessions, sometimes, one or two of these categories may not be applicable to you and your needs, so we can certainly adapt any of the sessions to make them entirely personalized to you. This time together is not me telling you what to do. This is time where YOU are in charge and we can shift and change to what is a priority to you during ANY of the sessions!
Once your package is purchased, Nicole will reach out to you to schedule your first appointment and send you a comprehensive health questionnaire to complete, so you’re prepared and ready to move forward together, with ease and confidence. You can expect her to contact you within 24 hours.
All sessions of the Balanced and Thriving package must be used within 8 months of first appointment. This time frame is important to understand, as health shifts are better navigated with timely contact and communication between you and Nicole. Nicole will make every attempt to adapt to your scheduling needs, however, any sessions remaining after that period of time will be forfeited.
Sessions can be completed via Zoom, or a phone call- you get to decide what’s best for you.
Nicole is not practicing as a healthcare provider, although she is practicing as a licensed registered nurse who has a board certification in health coaching and many certifications in menopause health and wellness practices. If concerns come up during a health coaching session that are beyond her scope of practice, she will work with you to help you find a suitable healthcare practitioner to support your needs.
