Self-Support Mindfulness Practice

The mind and the body take cues from each other, and you can connect your body and mind to enhance ease and comfort within yourself.

The idea, is that the human body responds to touch. Recall a time when you received a genuine handshake, or a hug from someone you love. It likely evoked some kind of sensation, and we’ll use this concept in this mindfulness practice.

In this mindfulness practice, called, Self-Support, you’ll use your own hands to evoke self-support, self-love, self-compassion, self-kindness and whatever else you need.

And, when you familiarize yourself with this practice, you can take it anywhere you go to use it as a way to reconnect with your authentic self, and honor your needs.

You are loved,
