As you'll hear in the video, the best way to use the Better Sleep Suggestions handout is to;

  • read it all the way through as you read it, tick off items that interest you

  • narrow down your first picks to ONE or TWO things you’ll commit to trying for one week before you change anything else, or give up on trying

  • if you notice something works- keep doing it and consider adding your next pick 

  • if, after a week, you notice something does not work, then cross it off the list and try your next top pick

PLEASE DO NOT try all the tips at once, or even more than 2 tips at once! 

Why? It’s too overwhelming to try too many things at one time. Try one, maybe two tips and stick with them for a week.

Now, let’s get some zzzz’s! 😴
