The Healing Movement Project is a safe and supportive virtual community that honors all bodies, minds and spirits.
We explore physical movements like; yoga, tai chi, dance and brain training.
We explore mind and spirit practices like; meditation, mantra, imagery, breathing, poetry, and general holistic health concepts like; better sleep, stress reduction, nourishment and positive socialization.
Our Community supports you to develop deeper awareness about your personal health and wellbeing, with more confidence to live what is important to you in your vital life.

What to Expect…
Each 90 minute class is virtually facilitated (on Zoom) by a Registered Nurse, who is also a certified brain health trainer, yoga teacher, group fitness instructor and tai chi teacher.
What to expect:
~ Healing Circle: An invitation for respectful, meaningful discussion- each week the topic will engage awareness, calm, and introspection.
~ Movement Practice: An invitation to try a variety of movement styles. Explore how they feel in your body, mind and spirit. Movement may include, yoga, tai chi, dance, qi gong, stretching, chair yoga and more! All movement is adaptable to all levels and bodies.
~ Learning Circle: Learn about lifestyle strategies to support your wellbeing. These may include: awareness/meditation practice, better sleep, eating for nourishment, reducing stress, environment impact on personal health, or building resiliency.
~ Closing Healing Circle: An invitation for respectful reflection of learning and goal setting for the next week.

Meet the Healing Movement Project Creator and Facilitator.
Nicole Vienneau MSN, RN, NC-BC
Nicole is a Tucson, AZ resident and has been a registered nurse for 20+ years. She is a board-certified integrative nurse coach, menopause fitness specialist, brain health trainer, personal trainer, and a group fitness, yoga, and tai chi instructor. She specializes in protecting your health through habits and behaviors that support brain and body health at Blue Monarch Health, PLLC.
Nicole is passionate about everything she does, and especially loves creating safe, restorative communities. She loves exploring nature, finding solace with her cats and traveling with her awesome husband.
