Session 1: Unpacking Your health questionnaire
We’ll connect on a deep level about your health questionnaire. This isn’t about what you’re doing wrong- it’s all about what you’re doing right and how to enhance your strengths and build confidence for the partnership ahead.Session 2: Understanding Menopause & Your Unique Experience
We’ll explore the science behind menopause, what you’re experiencing physically, and emotionally. We’ll then create a personalized roadmap of your health goals and challenges.Session 3: Time Management for Self-Care & Health
A deep dive into how to organize your day and prioritize your wellness during this transitional time. This session focuses on aligning your daily habits with your long-term health goals, including exercise, meal planning, and emotional well-being.Session 4: Overcoming Fatigue & Boosting Energy
Learn how to tackle low energy, fatigue, and brain fog. We’ll explore diet, exercise, and lifestyle changes that help boost your vitality.Session 5: Weight Management & Hormonal Balance
