We’ll connect on a deep level about your health questionnaire. This isn’t about what you’re doing wrong- it’s all about what you’re doing right and how to enhance your strengths and build confidence for the partnership ahead.Session 2: Menopause Foundations & Time Management Strategies
We’ll dive into the specifics of your symptoms, talk about your unique menopause experience, and work together to craft time management strategies. This session focuses on organizing your schedule to include time for self-care and healthy habits.Session 3: Energy & Weight Management
Tackle fatigue head-on. We will explore nutritional and lifestyle strategies to help you regain your energy. We will also focus on managing weight gain during menopause with simple yet effective approaches.Session 4: Sustainable Long-Term Strategies for Success
We’ll review your progress, fine-tune your action plan, and make sure you have realistic and sustainable strategies in place to maintain energy, weight, and mental clarity beyond menopause.
*All sessions of the ‘Energized and Empowered’ package must be used within 5 months of first appointment.
