A Moment of Self Care

I have a beautiful little box that holds and collects trinkets, notes, totems, and lots of love.

When I get lost, or scared, or tired, or emotionally drained, I open up my beautiful little box to remind me of who I am, the fabulous people in my life, and the memories of time that has past.

It helps me reconnect to my reality. The real me.

In the short video below, I open up my Self-Care Toolbox and share a few things within it with you.

Perhaps you can make your own Self-Care Toolbox to open up when you need a hug, some self-compassion or gratitude, or a reminder that you are loved by so many.

You are loved,

I was bloated and inflamed and couldn’t understand why I couldn’t feel better. I didn’t sleep well either. I had a friend who suggested I take this class. It was life changing for me.

I am now filled with powerful information and tools I will use the rest of my life. That’s priceless.

Biggest lesson I learned? Food is medicine.
