Hangry is a common occurrence around your house. You may have said this in fun, but likely your family doesn’t see you as fun. Mood swings are not normal, and certain foods can trigger feelings of anger, irritation, annoyance and displeasure. It’s time to determine which foods are making you ‘need a Snickers bar’.

The Standard American Diet is SAD and you are tired of it!  So many of the foods you are faced with daily are the cause of your feelings of zapped energy, anxiety, belly bloating, heartburn, flatulence, and headaches.  It’s time to learn a new way of seeing your food, so instead of SAD you get MAD (Make a Difference in you!).

Sometimes you need to take your own action and fix your diet yourself. Why not fix your diet alongside others who are doing it too?


I was bloated and inflamed and couldn’t understand why I couldn’t feel better. I didn’t sleep well either. I had a friend who suggested I take this class. It was life changing for me.

I am now filled with powerful information and tools I will use the rest of my life. That’s priceless.

I’m a 52 year old mom with early onset Parkinson’s Disease. I took lots of medicines to control tremors, muscle cramping & slow movement. I could barely clean my house. Fatigue, pain, bloating, muscle cramps, & brain fog were constant. I slept all the time & couldn’t shop at the mall without a wheelchair & helper.

After doing the Elimination Food Plan, I firmly believe that my habits & behaviors affect my health!! Friends & family see the difference instantly. I am alert, alive, focused, motivated. Pain is all but non-existent & I rarely experience muscle cramps. I can toil all day, & I CAN cook. I am now doing yoga & have cut my medication by over half!!

I have learned so much & will continue to focus on what my body wants & needs. This has truly been life changing & I am so grateful!
